We source drive components for series production.
Talvon Components is the component sourcing activity of Liquidbeam GmbH, an engineering company based in Karlsruhe, Germany. We develop electronic and electromechanical products for industrial customers and buy the drive components for them.
What we source
Brushless DC motors
Compact BLDC motors, sensorless and with Hall sensors, including high-speed types.
Blowers and fans
Radial and axial blowers with integrated BLDC motor for suction and cooling.
Drivers and accessories
Matching motor drivers, connectors and cable assemblies.
Typical volumes run from a few samples for evaluation up to several thousand units per year.
How we work
- We describe every part in a written requirement specification with drawing and, where useful, a STEP model.
- Standard products that meet the specification are preferred. Customised versions are quoted separately with tooling cost, MOQ and price breaks.
- Samples are checked against the specification; for new parts we ask for a first article inspection report.
- We expect RoHS and REACH compliance and a quality system according to ISO 9001.
- Requests for quotation are usually published through established sourcing platforms.
